Pseudomonas amygdali is a plant pathogenic bacterium. In contrast to many of the other members of the Pseudomonas genus, it is non-fluorescent. Its only known host is almond, upon which it causes cankers on woody parts of the tree[1]. The type strain is NCPPB 2607.
