Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (PSBB) is a group of schools located in Chennai. It is ranked one of the best schools in India.

In 1958, the PSBB School in Nungambakkam was established by an enterprising group of housewives under the auspices of the Nungambakkam Ladies Recreation Club. It first coached 13 students in a thatched shed on the terrace of the residence of the Dean & Director of the school, Dr. (Mrs.) Y.G. Parthasarathy.

The famous Indian Music Composer, A.R. Rahman is an alumni of PSBB Lake Area School, Nungambakkam.
The school also has many other famous personalities like singers Anuradha Sriram, Harini, Arulmurugan among many others as part of its alumni.
