Psathi, Arcadia

Psathi (Greek: Ψαθί) is a village that is partially surrounded by forests in the southwestern part of the municipality of and a quarter of Megalopoli and in the southwestern part of the prefecture of Arcadia. It used to be a community. It is linked by GR-7/E55 to 3 km E, about 1 km W for the old one and 3 km south for the new one. It is located S of Dimitsana and about 27 km SE of Karytaina, 35 km WSW of Tripoli, WNW of Leontari, NE of NNE of Kalamata and ENE of Kyparissia.

The area has a small school, a church, but there are no squares (plateia). Its residential houses are mainly within the road.
Some farmlands are to the east while a mining area are to the north. The valley of Alpheus is to the west where it forms a communal boundary with Tripotamo and Megalopoli. It used to bound only with Psathi.
The old GR-7 road became cut off. The new section in the 1980s is now about 4 km south of the quarter and 5 km N along with a new interchange opened in 2003.
The Ecological park is situated in the west in the Alpheus Valley. It includes forests.
