Prva banka Crne Gore

Prva banka Crne Gore is a Montenegrin bank.
Renamed in March 2007, following the autmn 2006 takeover of Nikšićka banka by Aco Đukanović owned Monte Nova company, Prva banka CG assumes continuity from a bank founded in 1901, which existed on and off under various forms of ownership.
The bank has many personal and business ties to Montenegrin regime. It's new majority owner Aco Đukanović is the brother of Milo Đukanović, longtime Montenegrin Prime Minister and current ruling DPS party president. The bank's new managing board also includes some prominent regime members like: Vuk Rajović (Milo Đukanović's close associate), Goran "Sito" Rakočević (former Đukanović's cabinet minister, currently performing the role of foreign policy advisor to Montenegrin president Filip Vujanović), and Radmila Vojvodić (former head of Montenegrin state TV - RTCG council).[1]
