Prudence and the Pill is a 1968 comedy film made by Twentieth Century-Fox. It was directed by Fielder Cook and Ronald Neame and produced by Kenneth Harper and Ronald J. Kahn from a screenplay by Hugh Mills, based on his own novel. The music score was by Bernard Ebbinghouse and the cinematography by Ted Moore.

Prudence and the Pill marks the fifth time that Deborah Kerr and David Niven appeared together in a film. Their previous associations were in Bonjour tristesse (1958), Separate Tables (1958), Eye of the Devil (1966) and Casino Royale (1967). Kerr and Edith Evans appeared together in The Chalk Garden (1964), also under the direction of Ronald Neame.
