[edit] 4th Job Skills

It seems that you guys have posted up 4th job skills. Since these skills are still being beta tested and subject to change, I think they should be removed or at least have a disclaimer with it explaining that. ChappyHappy 14:43, 13 October 2006 (UTC)ChappyHappy

Isn't there already a disclaimer? If you look at the top it says the 4th job is a current event and subject to change does it not? (RagnarokFF 18:44, 19 December 2006 (UTC))

4th Job is released in the Main version of Maple Story(Korean) One more mistake is that you don't don't require Skill Points. This is FALSE.The skill scrolls will increase the MAX amount of skill points you can keep in a Skill. You still require skill points to put in the Skills. Also I request that this article be Protected.Vandals are adding unconfirmed and fake skills into the article. Also most skills are not obtained at the Advancement. You will have to do quests and Learn the skills . 121.247.15.22 07:26, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Perspective

Everyone seems to be writing in the perspective on Maple Global.

This page (along with all other MS related pages) is supposed to be for all versions of the game. Hopefully things are consistent between the versions. It should mention anything that is specific to other versions. -- Prod-You 17:51, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Anonymizing.

It would be really nice if someone could erase all the names of the characters. It's really show-offy, like people only come here to show off their character, and brag about it ingame. - 70.112.76.158.

It's irrelevant if people want to show off. These pictures are essentially on a first come first serve basis, as long as the pictures benefit the article. Blanking out names just makes the pictures look bad. Any pictures that are put up, that aren't needed, should immediately be reverted. -- Prod-You 16:55, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
And also, those people just put those pictures up to give us a visual representation of the skills. It doesn't matter if they want to show off. As long it is relevant it doesn't really matter. (RagnarokFF 05:09, 26 December 2006 (UTC))

[edit] Skill names

What's the difference between Dragon Crusher, Dragon Buster, Dragon Fury and Spear Crusher? These have been getting changed around a bunch. Which are gMS, and if they aren't gMS, where are they used? -- Prod-You 19:38, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

Crusher and Buster(WITHOUT "Dragon") are different names(from different versions) to the same skill, there 2 "sub" skills for it, 'Spear Crusher' and 'Pole Arm Crusher' to be use with there specific weapons but as this skill force a stub move(witch benefit spears and lessen pole arms) players only use 'Spear Crusher'. the 2nd skill is 'Dragon Fury' again with 2 "sub" skills, 'Dragon Fury: Pole Arm' and 'Dragon Fury: Spear', on the other hand this skill force a swing move so players only use the 'Dragon Fury: Pole Arm' skill. I'm not 100% sure but i think in GMS its called Crusher, and as GMS is the "offical" english version we need to call it that.--TheYmode 12:42, 17 May 2006 (UTC)

someone erased the articles on chief bandit and night lord!

Well it came back now (RagnarokFF 18:45, 19 December 2006 (UTC))

[edit] "Another picture"

It's huge, doesn't show any wizard skills, and overall just isn't necessary at all. I'm removing it for the time being. The Captain Returns 02:15, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

Someone put it up again. I'm not sure if I should remove it or not, but I agree that it is not necessary. The Magic Claw skill is already depicted in the Mage section, and the "first job advancement stage" is not something that can be screenshot... I think. --Jellyfisho 05:07, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

It can be screenshoted I think. Not sure though (RagnarokFF 18:45, 19 December 2006 (UTC))
The first-job advancement stage isn't really a stage, the player just talks to an NPC while having the correct stats. I also think that the magic claw picture is unnecessary. pirkid 15:30, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
