[edit] Classification as grammatical tense

The article describes prophetic perfect tense as "a literary technique", yet categorizes it as a grammatical tense. It seems to me that the categorization does not apply as there is not indication that "prophetic perfect" exists as a discrete tense; rather, it's a particular application of tenses described elsewhere.
