Prowler in the Yard is an album by American extreme metal band, Pig Destroyer. It was released in 2001 by Relapse Records. The album follows a dark and twisted story of love, obsession and gore. The booklet also features an extra page of prose about the protagonist and 'Jennifer'. Prowler is a Grindcore classic, and one of the most extreme concept albums ever written. Perverse lyrics, violent riffage, and drums that could shatter any mental stability you have left over make Prowler in the Yard something to remember. This is a display of the raw energy three sociopaths from Virginia can do.
