From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The provisioning of the RMS Titanic was well stocked for its week long transatlantic maiden voyage from Southampton to New York in April 1912.

The provisions were loaded at Southampton along with Titanic's linen, dishware, and cargo. The food and beverages were intended to feed the estimated 1,300 passengers and 900 crew members three meals a day for the entire voyage.
