The Province of Vibo Valentia (Italian: Provincia di Vibo Valentia) is a province in the Calabria region (Italy), recently set up by a national law 6 March 1992 and coming into effect 1 January 1996. It was formerly part of the Province of Catanzaro. Its capital is the city of Vibo Valentia and its license plate is VV.

The Province has an area of 1,139 sq km (7.6% of the total surface of Calabria), and a total population of 168,894 (ISTAT 2005). There are 50 comuni (singular: comune) in the province[1], see Comuni of the Province of Vibo Valentia.
