Prospect Terrace Park is a park located in the College Hill neighborhood of Providence, Rhode Island, which overlooks the city.

The park was founded in 1867. A statue of theologian Roger Williams was built in the late 1930s after Williams' descendent Stephen Randall made a deed of gift for the monument. The 35-foot stone statue commemorates Williams' founding of the state of Rhode Island and his crusading for religious freedom. The stature has Williams gazing benevolently over the city he founded.

The park was frequently visited by author and Providence native H. P. Lovecraft.
