Prospect Creek is a small creek in south-western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It flows from the Prospect reservoir (near Prospect) for about 17 km until joining the Georges River[1] at Georges Hall into the Dhurawal bay, in the Chipping Norton Lake system.
As the reservoir forms a part of the Sydney metropolitain water supply, the flow of the creek is quite regulated in accordance with the operational requirements of Sydney Water.

Fishing in the prospect creek is really good, its got a high population of mullet, bream, black fish, carp and more, best time fishing at prospect creek is before high tide, at high tide and after high tide, sharks do live in the creek as it is tidal and swimming in the creek is not the go. Fishing spots lansdown bridge hume hwy Livo to carramar. Good hope(lansdown reserve).
