Prosaurolophus was a genus of dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous. It was a hadrosaur around 29 feet in length and 12 feet in height. This dinosaur weighed 2 tons and appeared around 75 mya in western North America.
The type species is P. maximus, described by Barnum Brown in 1916. A second species, P. blackfeetensis, was described by Jack Horner in 1992.
