Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

B.A.'s friend Jase was sent to a prison where inmates are forced to fist fight one-on-one to the death in front of Warden Beale (the head of the prision) and a group of other men who place bets on the fight. Once an inmate KOs another, he is forced to kill them with a pistol. Jase wins his fight but declines killing the man he defeated. Warden Beale lets Jase escape, only to engage in a hot persuit of him. Jase fleas and his younger brother meets up with him. B.A. Baracus follows Jase's brother to where Jase was hiding, and greets his old friend. Almost immediately, men with guns yell at Jase to come out of his hiding place. Much to his brother's dismay, Jase gives himself up. B.A. assumes protection over Jase's brother, and demands the A-Team help get Jase out of prision. With a combination of Jase's troubling sadness and B.A.'s forceful resolve, the A-Team is hired.

Hannibal, B.A., and Murdock purposely get arrested by crashing through a police building with a car so they can go to the same prison where Jase was sent. Murdock, acting like his usual crazy self, gets sent to a mental wing of the prison. B.A. pretends to be both deaf and mute, while Hannibal acts as B.A.'s interpreter as well as a hairdresser. This is so they would not get separated. An inmate picks a fight with B.A., and the warden takes notice of B.A.'s speed and strength. B.A. is sent to fighting program, and is scheduled to fight Jase to the death. They do not allow Hannibal to come along, so he has to escape. Face helps Hannibal and Murdock escape, while Amy tracks down where the warden is taking Jase and B.A. to fight. Hannibal, Murdock, and Face arrive at the scene of the fight, guns drawn. They force everyone present to drop their weapons and then videotape them so they can be punished by the law. Everyone arrives back home safely, and a welcome home party for Jase is celebrated.
