[edit] Plot and Setting
The player undertakes the role of a hero, whose main role is to complete the missions from the storyline. The story mainly revolves around Victo's prophecies, and the war between Silversong, Crystalon and Thunderkeep. There are a total of five prophecies, which will shift from one to another, as the game progresses. The shift from one to another is similar to an expansion. Players will take on missions from the second prophecy, on which have been half fulfilled, till the third prophecy in this game. Not much is known about Victo, the prophet, as the developers are yet to confirm his identifications. The first few lines of the prophecies are as follows:
“ | The first prophecy is told to be the fall of Crystalon, one of the strongest human kingdoms who uses magic and houses the best spell-casters in the World. The prophecy did indeed come true as Crystalon was destroyed by a strong earthquake. It is to be believed that the earthquake will be caused by the magical energy source of the ground... | ” |
[edit] Character Classes
Players can choose from up to six different classes, each with their own unique abilities. The seventh class, the Savior, is specifically for the people who contributes during the beta. The classes are: Mage, Priest, Paladin, Warrior, Soul Stealer, Breaker.
[edit] Gameplay and features
Gameplay revolves around slaying monsters, completing quests, building up your statistics, and also, learning race-unique skills. A battle with a monster can last for around 1 week, allowing for planning and strategizing, as the database is updated daily, not per-second. The battle system is turn-based. There are three different battles in the game. Players can battle monsters, players, or they can battle against the Undead, and earn ranks in the Silversong Army.
As the game itself is a forum-made one, players can easily chat with each other through the private messaging system, or through Free For All threads.
The player also can join guilds, buy items, and send challenges to other players. These are but some of the functions being worked on currently.
There are also events to look forward to, which will start once a certain number of people have joined.
