[edit] Background
Founded and designed by Tom Murrell, Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf courses are found at various different locations in the United States, mostly in cities on the East Coast with popular tourist attractions. Murrell designed each of the eight existing courses as well as the forthcoming ninth. Each location has two eighteen-hole courses, each of which utilizes signs and scenery to tell the story of an expedition by the fictional character Professor Hacker.
