Producer Joe(Joseph Gasman Jr.) is the producer for the radio talk show, the Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show which is broadcast along the East Coast of the United States and centered in Grand Rapids, MI at 97.9 FM WGRD.

Joe began as an intern (referred to as "Intern Joe") on the morning show and was eventually hired as the official producer. He is best known for the segment "What Can Joe Do?," a Wednesday segment where Joe is put up to unusual tasks (submitted by either listeners or the shows hosts) either inside the studio or in public. The tasks are chosen by spinning a wheel. Joe is given 150 points (sometimes called "Joe Bucks," which are equal to dollars) to distribute among the tasks as he sees fit. Typically, he assigns all 150 points to one task. Some Tasks include

Joe is also the subject of considerable verbal abuse from the other hosts, who refer to him as their "cotton-headed ninny-muffin". He seems to be particularly ashamed of his "giant donkey teeth" and protests every time someone references that he came from Skokie, Illinois. The hosts of the show also tease him for his grandfather's German ancestry and harsh treatment towards him as a child.
