Did a google search and found the source of the photo: http://www.ethicalarts.org/SF3-20-03.htm However, I am not so sure if the owners of the photo would give permission for its use. it does have a point, it illustrates the use of toplessness in political protests and the general movement topfreeness. plus she is not naked as you said, merely doesn't have a top on. so what? how about if you are not wearing a hat? does because you are hatless make you naked? no, of course not.
