I believe this image can be used under the fair use doctrine in the article Prowler (Farscape) because:

It is a low resolution image of a single frame from a TV series, this image in no way reduce the ability of the copyright holder to make money on the TV series.
It significantly improves the article because it shows the craft in question.
No freely licenced alternative exists or is likely to be created.
