[edit] Re Jonas Armstrong

Looking at the revert I did to the site, the only thing I can thing why I changed it was #1 - no link to another article and #2 when it comes from an IP numbre instead of a user's name I thought it was vandalism. I over did it with the editing after all it is an odd name. Sorry, if go into history and save the one before my edits the infomation will return. Bluetooth954 00:13, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Scottish parliament election, 2007

I reverted because the descriptor "Scottish" is unnecessary when referring to a Scottish election. The Conservative Party doesn't use the term "Scottish" in their Scottish election literature, and that should be enough. Similarly, there is no need to add "Scottish" before the Labour Party or the Liberal Democrats, though both have separate branches in Scotland. The Scottish National Party, Scottish Socialist Party and Scottish Green Party, however, use the identifying term "Scottish" in their literature and in their names, and it is thus appropriate to leave "Scottish" there. The proper use is always what the party uses colloquially rather than the official name; yes, the Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party exists as an entity within the Conservative Party (UK), but their literature never uses "Scottish" (which is, when used in literature, is generally a trademark of the nationalist parties, the SNP, SSP and Scottish Greens). —Cuiviénen 21:10, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

Election literature - pamphlets and whatnot, as well as campaign websites. —Cuiviénen 13:57, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
