[edit] Spoiler
Don't you think it's a bit of a huge spoiler to people who are just starting to watch, to have a "deceased" category? It should be removed.
- It's just as much of a spoiler to NOT have it there. Besides, if someone is looking at a Prison Break related article (which they would have to be in order to see it) then they're bound to come across spoilers. If they don't want to know, then don't read the articles as all information should be current. The links should be there on the template though as if someone did look at the template without knowing, they'd think "oh, where's Veronica", then look at her profile, where it states that she's dead anyway! - I partly agree with you. However, I do not think there should be a separate section for the deceased characters. They may be deceased characters but I think it is more relevant to list them under the headings related to the importance of their roles - main or secondary. Furthermore, no other navigation templates would separate their characters section like that. This doesn't mean you can't do it but it would be better if they are not grouped into more specific sections like "deceased". I agree that the link should be there, after all, this is a template for navigation. -- Ladida 14:19, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Jumping the gun with some characters
I think some people are jumping the gun with creating separate articles for some new character when we don't yet know how long they'll be around. Unless Debra Jean Belle shows up again, she'll have only appeared three times. And Kim may become another major character or he become another Quinn (appearing for a little while before being written out). If any other characters are introduced, may suggest they be added to the list of characters and only given their own article once it's clear they're going to be around for a while?--T smitts 03:32, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
- I agree. -- Ladida 02:10, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Colour change
It would be better if the colour of the template was left as it is since it provides a consistency among all wikipedia articles. Also, the black appears really harsh and just doesn't look encyclopaedic. -- Ladida 02:10, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Characters
John Abruzzi has been dead for 12 episodes and isn't relevant to the plot at all anymore. I'm going to remove him from the template and replace him with William Kim, if that's all right. Also, is Veronica still a main character even though she's been dead for 15 episodes now? --WorldsTallestMidget 20:57, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
- Whoops, I just read the template notes (includes current AND former main characters. But I will still add Mr. Kim to the list of characters, as I think by now he's been established as a main character. I mean, he's the primary villain right now, what with Kellerman going to the good side and him pulling Mahone's strings. He's definitely not just another Quinn. --WorldsTallestMidget 21:05, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

- Being dead now does not make him any less template worthy. thanks/Fenton, Matthew Lexic Dark 52278 Alpha 771 21:07, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
I have removed William Kim from the main characters section because in my opinion, he is not a main character. In order to keep the template objective, the main characters section should include characters that are played by actors who has been credited in the opening credits. This matches the grouping of characters in the list of characters article. Also, Veronica and Abruzzi may no longer be thought of as main characters in this season, but they are integral to the series. Regards, Ladida 03:32, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Something happened with the main characters page. It's all whacked, and there's no way to fix it. What do we do?
