Prix du Gros Chene

The Prix du Gros Chêne is a Group 2 flat horse race in France for three-year-old and above thoroughbreds run over a distance of 1,000 metres (approximately 5 furlongs) at Chantilly Racecourse in late May / early June.

It was first run in 1857, and was contested at 800 metres (4 furlongs) until the present distance was set in 1881.
