[edit] History of the Organization
The Progressive Nation itself is a recently created organization on the Princeton campus, having been founded in 2004 by a merger of two liberal-to-moderate political publications, the Idealistic Nation and the Progressive Review[citation needed]. While the current Editor-in-Chief, Robby Braun '07, was the former Managing Editor of the Idealistic Nation, most of the current staff was not directly affiliated with either now-defunct organization prior to the merger.[citation needed]
