Hard hat

The Princess Tower is a residential skyscraper that is currently under construction in Dubai. This supertall will be finished in 2009 and it will rise to 414 meters (1,358 feet) and have 107 floors. It will take the title of the world's tallest residential tower away from 23 Marina, another residential supertall in Dubai, scheduled to be completed in 2008. However, due to an epic skyscraper boom, the Princess Tower's reign as the world's tallest all-residential tower will not last long.
