Princess Margaret Hospital is located in Christchurch, New Zealand. It is a public hospital which is run by the Christchurch District Health Board. Opened in 1959 as a general hospital it is now primarily used for older persons health care and mental health services. It is built at the foot of the western edge of the suburb of Cashmere.
