Princess Helga-Lee of Schaumburg-Lippe (Helga-Lee Prinzessin zu Schaumburg-Lippe) (born: 24 February 1911– died: 09 July 2005) , Germany.

She was married to the former Prince Max of Schaumburg-Lippe (1898–1974), who was a racecar driver. Her mother was Claude Lennox Miller (daughter of Admiral and Governor Miller, who is buried at National Cemetery in Arlington County, Virginia), a descendant of Edward Winslow, one of the founding fathers of the colonies in North America, who came on the Mayflower. Her father was Dr. Carl Hermann Roderbourg, CEO of VARTA Batteries.

Helga-Lee won the Music Award of Nashville, Tennessee for her song with famed organ composer Wolfgang von Karajan.

In 2001, she adopted Mario-Helmut Wagner (* 23 December, 1977, Dr. of Law), whose legal name since March 2006 is Mario-Max Prinz zu Schaumburg-Lippe. In New York, he is widely known as "Prince Max" (Prince, however, is a self-assumed forname, not his title). His stated profession is songwriter. To date, he has published one song.
