The Princess Alexandra Hospital, or P.A. Hospital, is located on Ipswich Road in Woolloongabba, Australia. It is one of the major hospitals in Brisbane and is a teaching hospital of the University of Queensland. It is a tertiary level teaching hospital with all major medical and surgical specialities onsite except for obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatrics. The P.A. Foundation is located at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. The foundation raises money for medical research on the P.A hospital campus.

Princess Alexandra Hospital is also the name of an NHS Trust in Essex, which is still active, and an RAF Hospital based in Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire that closed in the late 90s.
