Prince Eugen

Prince Eugen, Eugen Napoleon Nikolaus, (August 1, 1865 – August 17, 1947) was a Swedish prince; Duke of Närke and a well-known artist. Youngest son of Swedish King Oscar II and Queen Sofia, brother of King Gustaf V of Sweden.
Born at Drottningholm Palace, Prince Eugen was more commonly known as Målarprinsen, "The Painting Prince", due to his critically acclaimed artistic skills.
