Prickly Pear Cays

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Prickly Pear Cay, sometimes spelled Prickley Pear Cay, is a small uninhabited island about six miles from Road Bay Anguilla, in the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean. It is divided by a narrow channel into Prickly Pear east and Prickly Pear west.

The island is popular with tourists, due to its abundant marine and bird life. There are two restaurants and a bar ( [1]) which are serviced by staff who come in each day from the mainland of Anguilla.

Prickly Pear makes for a great day long excursion and makes you feel as if you are on your own desserted island in the Caribbean.
