Fedor Emelianenko and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira fought to a no contest. Emelianenko accidentally headbutted Nogueira and opened a deep cut over his own right eye. The fight was stopped at 3:52 of Round 1. The final was settled at the Shockwave event on December 31, 2004.
