[edit] Reverting at Henry the Hermit

Hi. Please read Wikipedia:Fair use for information on how to use unfree-copyrighted content on Wikipedia. Galleries of screenshots in a short article do not meet the criteria we ask for. More information can be found at Wikipedia:Image use policy and Wikipedia:Fair use criteria. Please review any other unfree images that you have added to articles. Thanks. [edit] License tagging for Image:Otis1.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Otis1.gif. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 20:07, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Removal of AfD tag from List of top WWE World Heavyweight Champions by combined length

Don't remove AfD tags. If you wish to join the discussion you may do so. If you continue to remove the tag you may be blocked for vandalism.—WAvegetarian(talk) 05:13, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Your allegations that I am trying to delete it are unfounded. Another editor, as shown by the article history placed the AfD tag. This tag specifically states: Feel free to edit the article, but the article must not be blanked, and this notice must not be removed, until the discussion is closed. I am merely reminding you of this fact. Please do not take the AfD as an attack on you personally. It also doesn't mean that the article will be deleted. There are featured articles that have had AfDs on them. Join the discussion and make the article worth keeping. I'm sorry if you felt bitten. I'm sure that wasn't Rob's intention.—WAvegetarian(talk) 05:23, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your list IS valuable

The list you created is up for deletion. I want you to know there is a place for it: http://wikitistics.com . No one will be able to nominate it for deletion because it fits one simple rule: it's a statistic, list, or figure. Good luck with your endeavors! JM

[edit] Reverting Kyle Hollingsworth edits

Not sure why you decided to change the subheadings on Kyle Hollingsworth to sub-subheadings, but this doesn't seem to conform to Wiki style guidelines. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikify

I saw you did the same on some other pages you edited. If you think I'm wrong let me know. Oblivy 03:29, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Sci cd asci.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Sci cd asci.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Reply

Did you read the World Heavyweight Championship history page too? yup, still nothing that says the WWE version of the WHC has the same linage as the WCW/NWA version. The WCW/NWA version's linage ended with Chris Jericho being the final champion. Read your own page. -- bulletproof 3:16 01:51, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
