There has been some recent changes to this template, since I created it I might as well have my say and say that I like the condensed version better. It makes it easier to read (as the white in the other version blends in with the Wikipedia background). The other one was only a blatant rip off I did of the Venezuelan template to have at least some kind of placeholder.
