Regarding merging the two:

  • Merge. I'm no expert but I recommend merging because they seem very similar. In fact, the article for Participating Provider Option (what is being considered for merging) says in the second paragraph, "A PPO or Preferred Provider Organization" They sound interchangeable as terms. --Guroadrunner 20:17, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
