Preston Village Cricket Club

Preston Village Cricket Club were formed in 1990 and initially played at Meadowmill Sports Centre between Prestonpans and Tranent. During the 2002 season the club moved to Polwarth Park. The club applied to join the East of Scotland Cricket Association (ESCA) during 1993 and have since made steady progress climbing the leagues to their current position in Division 4. The club currently have two ESCA league sides and compete within the East Lothian Village League. The club were successful in winning the ESCA President's Plate in 2006 beating Clackmannan County in the final.
