Preston Wade Larrison (born November 19, 1980 in Aurora, Illinois) is an American baseball pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization. This season, he played with the Erie SeaWolves and the Toledo Mud Hens. He attended the University of Evansville.

With Erie, he went 4-10 with a 3.92 ERA. With Toledo, he went 1-0, with a 1.74 ERA.
