The Presidential Records Act Amendments of 2007 is a resolution being considered by the United States Congress. Introduced in early March 2007 by Representative Henry Waxman, the objective of the resolution is to void Executive Order 13233.[1]

On March 14, 2007, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the resolution, voting 333-93 in its favor. [2] The bill will next be debated by the U.S. Senate.

A similar resolution was debated by a House committee in 2002, but never reached the House floor.
