President's Ball

President's Ball is an annual event at both Ohio Wesleyan University and Loyola University Chicago.

At Ohio Wesleyan University, it occurs in December, often scheduled for the Friday before the last week of classes and the university's Winter Break. The event takes place in Science Center.

At Loyola University Chicago, the event often occurs within the last few weeks of October. The location varies, but is always held at a ballroom in downtown Chicago. In the past few years, the event took place at the Grand Ballroom of the Drake Hotel (2005) and the Grand Ballroom of the Palmer House (2006).

At Ohio Wesleyan University, The first event was in 1986. It was introduced under the presidency of David Warren (professor).

At Loyola University Chicago, the origins of the event is unknown, as it has been a staple of University life for many decades.
