Present perfect progressive

The Present perfect progressive is: (An unfinished action in an unfinished time).

                      [ I have + been + verb + ing ]

For & Since are commonly used with this tense as you can see from the examples.

         Example:  I have been watching this cricket game for 2 hours.

         Example:  He
                   She  } has been drinking beer since 10 o'clock this morning.
