Prescot Parish Church

Prescot Parish Church is in Prescot, Knowsley, Merseyside. It is a Grade I listed building and the only one in Knowsley.

A church was originally built on the site in as early as 1100. A major rebuild in 1610 of local sandstone resulted in the current nave, chancel, windows and roof. Leaving only the vestry, font and parts of the chancel walls from the original building.

The tower dates from 1729 and the spire 1797. In 1819 the side aisles were widened in 1953 they were rebuilt.
