Could someone point out the Hokkaido and Honshu wolf populations? They're listed in the legend, but I don't see their colours on the map. - Slow Graffiti 00:41, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

They're extinct, mostly due to extermination efforts. See the main Gray wolf article for further info. They're only on the original distributon image. AstroHurricane001^{(Talk+Contribs+Ubx)} 23:41, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
