- it is a historically significant photo of a famous individual, in this case former Peruvian President Alberto Fujomori, while wearing the presidential band in 1990s;
- it is of much lower resolution than the original artwork (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
- the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
- the photo was obtained from a press kit,
- Its inclusion in the article adds significant information by showing the picture of the president thus adding a visual concept to the article, it is also a picture of historical nature; president Alberto Fujimori was one of the longest runing presidents to hold the office in Peru in the 20th century and is credited to restored the country from the turnoil left on Garcia's administration in the late 1980s. The inclusion of the picture in the article helps readers to understand how the events developed.
