This work is a copyrighted publicity photograph. It is believed that the use of some such photographs to illustrate:

I (--FuriousFreddy) believe use of this image falls under fair use because:

• It is a historically significant image of a major American musical group
• The image is of significantly lower resolution so as not to allow any high-quality copies
• The photo is used for informational purposes only
• the photo is important to the article because it illustrates the group's oriignal lineup and an original member, who does not appear on any of the group's album covers, or in any film/video footage. The picture is needed to add a complete represntation of the group's history to the article, which it was previously missing. --FuriousFreddy 20:00, 30 August 2005 (UTC)
