Though I grew up in Saint John, New Brunswick, I am currently a library worker in New Orleans, Louisiana. I have been a longtime browser/user of Wikipedia, but have only recently decided to try to edit and add my own content. My first project will be to add content concerning Louisiana politicians, political history, and past elections in the state. I have a background in history, but am completely new to editing and creating new articles, so any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
