[edit] Sequence of award recipients
I changed the sequence of the recipients of the Hanno R. Ellenbogen Citizenship Award in accordance with this information found at the official website of the Prague Society:
- HRE Award of Citizenship to Vaclav Havel (October 2003)
- HRE Award to Lord Robertson of Port Ellen (December 2004, MS Word format)
These sources show that Madeleine Albright was the second recipient and Vaclav Havel the third, not the other way round.
Judging from the latter source, it appears that Vaclav Havel was the 2002 recipient of the award, but was not actually presented with it before October 2003; and that Lord Robertson was the 2003 recipient, but was not actually presented with the award before December 2004.
To avoid confusion, the official website ought to have a section on the HRE Citizenship Award that would contain, among other things, a simple chronological list of recipients. As it is now, one has to search for the different press releases through Google (because the website has no Search function of its own) and then piece the information together, which makes it difficult for Wikipedia editors to verify facts and dates.

[edit] Avoid advertisements in the articles about individual recipients
Please observe that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a message board. This means that the articles about famous individuals, including those who have received the HRE Citizenship Award, should contain only essential information about those individuals. In an article about a person, it may be relevant to make a brief mention of major awards and recognitions that person has received, but you are not allowed to expand upon the nature and history of particular awards, the awarding organization, other recipients, whom the financial part of the prize was passed on to, etc. A simple internal link to this article will do.

[edit] Sources
there are no third party references, and there certainly ought to be appropriate published articles about the society, judging by its claimed prominence. It's own website is not enough. DGG 01:53, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
