Practice Charts is a customizable, web-based electronic medical record. It was designed by PGMS.

The interface for Practice Charts is based on existing medical forms and processes. During implementation, the electronic forms can be standardized to include custom data fields.
The web-based system allows users to access the forms from any location with Internet access. Practice Charts files and backs up records online for data restore at a later date.
By using the electronic forms embedded in Practice Charts, staff can locate and view patient records, without doing any manual searching. The consolidated database eliminates all duplicate data entry.
