Request reason: "Not exactly, user:CBDrunkerson and I (as User:Powerrangerbuster) logged in from a shared IP address (User:12.135.51.149). I reopened the discussion to refute User:Mackensen's claim. I saw you reverted it and I'll be glad to challenge his claim on ANI. Note also that CBDrunkseron and Powerrangerbuster and not listed on WP:RCU."
Decline reason: "Checkusers can see all edits from the IP in question and as such can work out if a n IP is being used by multiple editors.
