Powelliphanta rossiana is a species of terrestrial mollusc in the family Rhytididae, endemic to the South Island of New Zealand. There are four subspecies:
- Powelliphanta rossiana fletcheri Powell, 1938
- Powelliphanta rossiana gagei Powell, 1938
- Powelliphanta rossiana patrickensis Powell, 1949
- Powelliphanta rossiana rossiana Powell, 1930
