Powelliphanta hochstetteri anatokiensis is a rare terrestrial mollusc in the family Rhytididae, endemic to the South Island of New Zealand. It is found only in the western part of the Tasman Mountains, in the Tasman district of the north west South Island.
Shell coloration is reddish, with a pattern of closely-spaced, diffused, narrow, reddish-brown spiral lines and bands.
Major diameter is up to 74 mm, and height up to 35 mm.
Powelliphanta hochstetteri anatokiensis is classified by the New Zealand Department of Conservation as being in Gradual Decline.
