The Potter's House Christian Fellowship Ministries of Australia

The Potter's House Christian Fellowship of Australia is a Pentecostal fellowship of churches consisting of 130 churches including 18 countries of the world in 70 international works and 65 churches under the CFM banner in Australia. CFM is an international fellowship of churches which has over 1400 churches in over 100 countries.

The Australian branch of churches also known as Christian Fellowship Ministries which The name "The Potter's House" comes from Jeremiah 18:2 Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.

[edit] Fellowship History

The Australian Potter's House Fellowship was started in October 1978 when a couple was sent from Prescott Arizona to Perth Western Australia to begin a new church. With weekly Christian evangelistic concert outreaches on both Friday and Saturday nights attracting hundreds of people, many of new members banded together sharing their Christian faith and experience. Within a few months of the churches conception nearly 100 people had formed the foundation of an new church![1]

The First Church in Australia was the Perth Church which has grown to nearly 500 members and sent many others into Australia and other regions of the world. Pastor David Vicary is the current leader of Potter's House Christian Fellowship of Australia a position he held in the United Kingdom in the 1990s.
