Potamia is a village on the island of Thasos, Greece. Build on the foot of Mt Ipsarion, surrounded by pine forests we find the village of Potamia. Only 3 km away from one of the best beaches is Greece ( golden sands and golden beach ) , home of sculpture Polygnotos Vagis is a picturesque village, starting point for a walk to the top of Mt Ipsarion. Its name comes from a stream that runs through the village.
